Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and 40400 ("Platform", "We"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 40400 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
- Do not share your account password with anyone.

- Notify the 40400 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 40400 platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. Violation of any of the following may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 40400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. 40400 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or through methods not listed on the platform.
Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of your transaction. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. 40400 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of standard security checks. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated on the platform. 40400 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any large or unusual withdrawal requests.
Taxes & Charges: Users are solely responsible for any taxes or liabilities arising from their use of the platform and any winnings received, in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.

Any funds remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed and determined based on the outcome of an internal investigation. Users may submit an appeal via support email within 14 days from the date of the suspension notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 40400 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 40400 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
The presence of third-party website links within the platform does not imply that 40400 endorses or is responsible for the content of those websites.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
40400 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
